Lindsay Newby
Co-owner, General Manager
Administration, Co-owner
Lindsay has worked in the sports industry for the past 15 years, but it was her experience at The WOMB Milton back in 2014 that changed her life's trajectory and put her on this path. Suffering a number of complications after the birth of her first daughter, Lindsay found the hope and support she was looking for when she became a client in Milton shortly after attending a course there. It was the first time she felt nurtured, supported and hopeful that she would heal and that everything would turn out okay. This experience was transformative and as Lindsay will tell you "life changing" for her and has been the driving force for bringing this incredible clinic and these services to Guelph in order to better support families in this community. She never wanted anyone to have to go through what she went through and knew she needed to bring The WOMB to her own community of Guelph.
Although it was always Lindsay's dream, it wasn't until the pandemic hit that Lindsay even thought it was a possibility. She sent the franchise information to her husband on a whim and was surprised by his overwhelming support. Around that time Lindsay made an appointment with a local Naturopathic doctor named Courtney and the rest is history!
Lindsay is the proud mom and step-mom to four beautiful kids-Collin, Jocelyn, Zoey and Avery. She loves spending time with her family, scary movies, traveling, playing hockey and all things sport and fitness.

Dr. Natalia Rey-Caughlin
Co-Owner, ND
Administration, Co-owner, Naturopathy
Dr. Natalia began her WOMB journey by practicing as a Naturopathic Doctor at The WOMB Woodstock. Throughout her pregnancy working there, she quickly realized how much this community and its many offerings were lacking in Guelph, where she lives. Mothering in isolation, she was craving so much of what she knew could be offered under one roof, in an environment that nurtures you through important life transitions. Ancestrally, children were reared in communities and the parents were given an abundance of support. In modern times, so many parents are left to do it alone. This has been one of the biggest driving forces behind her desire to bring The WOMB to Guelph and create a supportive community to help families thrive.
Her mission is for parents to trust their intuition and reconnect to their needs. She wants families to have the tools they need to be healthy, nourished and protected for their own health and the health of future generations.
Dr. Natalia has experience working with optimizing fertility and preparing the body for pregnancy, supporting women and birthing people during pregnancy and the postpartum period, and helping people struggling with hormone imbalances (PCOS, endometriosis, fibroids, chronic stress, thyroid disorders, acne, painful periods, mood imbalances) and stress-related disorders (insomnia, digestive issues, anxiety & depression). She loves helping women and birthing people with the mental, emotional and spiritual journey that accompanies the transition from an individual to a parent, by helping them feel safe, nourished and connected.
Natalia is a board certified Naturopathic Doctor and certified Naturopathic Doula. She graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto. Before pursuing a path in Naturopathic Medicine, she attended Wilfrid Laurier University where she obtained a Degree in Biology and a minor in Psychology.
At home, she is a mother and partner. She enjoys cooking all kinds of creative new dishes with her family and spending lots of time in nature, foraging and walking barefoot in the grass as much as possible.
She would be honoured to work with you and support you on your health journey so that you may live an enriched life with purpose and have the energy to pursue your goals and dreams.

Dr. Jessica Santos
DC, ICPA
Chiropractor
Dr. Jessica Santos is a family chiropractor, whose passion lies in working with aspiring, expecting or postnatal mamas, as well as ALL the babes she can possibly handle! While she loves to serve practice members of all ages, she has always held a special love for working with families through the common challenges of pregnancy, parenthood, infancy & childhood – and encouraging families to be able to optimize their life experiences and reach their true potential through chiropractic care. It is her experience as an 'almost lifetime' chiropractic patient being adjusted from the age of 3, that inspired her to become a Chiropractor herself.
After completing undergraduate work in Psychology & Kinesiology at both Ryerson & York Universities respectively, she completed her post-graduate degree as a Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) in 2017 from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC). She has completed multiple additional qualification courses through the ICPA (International Chiropractic Pediatric Association), most notably being her Webster Certification designed to support optimal neurological function and structural alignment throughout mama's pregnancy, and to encourage baby's innate impulse and ability to get into an ideal position for birth. She is also certified, and has extensive experience working with the PIPS (Pediatric Intraoral Palate Specific) technique and associated bodywork, which is intended to identify and treat suspected or confirmed intraoral dysfunction related to tethered oral tissues (such as tongue tie and lip tie), TMJD, and poor tongue function (both pre and post revision). Her work with infants has allowed her to gain a wide-ranging familiarity working with infants with both common and uncommon infancy and childhood complaints, ranging from colic, reflux and torticollis – to retained primitive reflexes, cerebral palsy, and neurodivergent conditions. Most recently, Dr. Jess has become a Certified Pre and Post Natal Coach (CPPC), allowing her to foster another passion of raising the standard of care for mamas after birth (and beyond) by showing them how to properly regain strength and rebuild their bodies safely and effectively after carrying, birthing and raising their minis.
Dr. Jess has two little girls of her own, which have inspired her to become passionate about researching, developing, and advocating for true informed choice and freedom through pregnancy, birthing, and child-raising experiences. She strongly attributes her incredible experience throughout pregnancy and birth, as well as her continued family wellness, to routine chiropractic care. She prioritizes continued education to grow her knowledge base, to be able to educate her practice members and her community about our body's innate potential and emphasizes the importance of collaborative care to better serve the families of her community.
In her spare time, Dr. Jess loves spending quality time with her family and friends, as well as travelling, swimming, paddleboarding, & learning about anything related to life span nutrition, fostering immune function, or natural and chemical-free parenting. She is an ocean lover, is obsessed with pasta, loves playing and watching multiple sports, and loves to meet new people – so don't hesitate to come and say hi!

Myofunctional Therapy
Jessica is a Registered Dental Hygienist, Orofacial Myofunctional Therapist and lifetime learner! Her training started in the dental field back in 2011 through the Dental Assisting program, followed by the Dental Hygiene program at Fanshawe College. In 2020, she acquired the additional training requirements to pursue a career in myofunctional therapy and then opened her own clinic to provide this valuable service to her community and beyond with the option for both in-person and virtual appointments.
As a Dental Hygienist, her interest has always been in education. She loves having the opportunity to educate patients on the connection between one’s oral health and overall health, so myofunctional therapy was a perfect fit! It has expanded her ability to educate patients on the muscles used for breathing, speaking, chewing and swallowing and how they can impact one’s health. During her studies, Jessica became aware of her own myofunctional disorders, including a tongue tie and addressing them has resulted in significant benefits!
Jessica’s knowledge gained from working as a Dental Hygienist, combined with her ongoing studies in the field of Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy allows her to offer a thorough approach in assessing, identifying and determining underlying contributing factors for myofunctional disorders. She takes into account a person's whole health and concerns, connecting the dots to address the root cause, rather than just treating the symptoms. Myofunctional therapy requires a collaborative approach to treatment, so Jessica is very excited to work with the team at TheWOMB so that she can collaborate with like-minded professionals to help her patients reach their health goals.
Feel free to reach out to her for more information on how you or your child may benefit from Myofunctional therapy!

Ontario. I have worked in a few different locations since being registered, which has given me the opportunity to work with a variety of clientele.
I have experience with MVA, WSIB, concussions, stress relief, acute or chronic injuries, weekend warriors, regular maintenance, postural dysfunctions, pre/postnatal, infants, children, sport injuries, geriatric, and hospice/hospital settings. General Swedish massage techniques are the ones taught in school, and I have expanded mine with a few courses: Neuromuscular Integration and Structural Alignment, Accupressure level 1&2, Positional Release Technique, and Reiki Level 1.
My Approach
I want to take my focus of practice more towards a holistic approach to treatment. As I have learned through treating, emotional stressors can show up in the body as
physical dysfunctions, and then manifest themselves. I have always and will continue to treat each person individually, and focus the treatment on achieving the goals that have been set out by my client.

Osteopathy
Hi, I'm Stephanie, an osteopathic manual practitioner (OMP) with a focus on providing preventative, maintenance, and corrective osteopathic care. In addition, I also offer a very integrated and unique service that provides both physical manipulations as well as guidance in stability training regimes.
My training as an OMP places a focus on the principles of Classical Osteopathy, as defined by the founding father, Dr. Andrew Taylor Still. These principles emphasize the relationship between the structure and function of the anatomy, where the goal of treatment is to establish an environment of self-healing and regulation for the body.
Occasionally you may find that in treatment, a certain area may hurt, but the practitioner works on a very different part of the body. It is not that the practitioner is ignoring your pain, but is searching for the primary cause of the dysfunction, a criteria that is met by the capacity of proper motion. Osteopathy requires not only a vast knowledge of anatomy and physiology, but also requires an understanding of the connection that exists between the two, how structure and function are reciprocally interrelated.
When you have adjusted the physical to its normal demands, Nature universally supplies the remainder. —Philosophy and Mechanical Principles of Osteopathy
Therefore, my goal of treatment is to provide the best possible care, tailored to the individual, to promote effective and efficient healing.

Alexie's passion for all things fertility stems from her four-year journey of trying to conceive. When starting her reproductive assistance journey in 2018, she was incredibly confused, alone and scared. She had no idea what to expect and didn't know anyone that had or was experiencing what she was going through. However, by connecting with a community, years of experience and studying to become a Fertility Support Doula - she found her true passion for supporting and helping others on this challenging path.
Fertility Support Doulas are trained professionals who provide preconception support to individuals and their partners. Just as a birth doula brings non-medical, non-judgmental informational, emotional, and physical support to the time around labour and birth, a Fertility Support Doula brings that same model to preconception and (in)fertility.
Alexie's support is individualized based on the person's needs. She provides evidence-based information on tracking and charting fertility, emotional support, and holistic resources to support your path to parenthood.
